Lonely

Sometimes things happen 

that you just don't understand

leaving you frustrated

and scared and

spinning in circles,

oblivious as to where you're going 

or where you should be..

and that missing thing 

in your life just keeps

evading you and

you wonder if loneliness

is your curse -

so tired and 

despondent and confused,

longing for love

but love evades and

loneliness is there to hold

you instead.
